KMG Kashagan B.V. Conducted an Internal Project Management Training
Today's challenges demand that companies not only complete tasks but also manage complex projects effectively. In its commitment to enhancing the professionalism and efficiency of its team, KMG Kashagan B.V. organized an internal project management training led by Darhan Bekbauov, a certified project manager and one of the company’s specialists seconded to the Kashagan project at NCOC N.V.
As the Workforce Planning and HR Information System Manager, Darhan Bekbauov shared with his colleagues fundamental principles and tools of project management, along with practical experience and knowledge gained over his years of work. With an academic background in systems integration and project management, Darhan presented a systematic approach to effective management, covering aspects of planning, implementation, and control of projects.

During the session, participants thoroughly examined the company’s priority areas for development in the near future and collaboratively developed an action plan aimed at achieving the set goals. Key strategic tasks were identified, along with specific steps for their execution.
Particular attention was given to the topic of collaboration and internal communications. Participants discussed the importance of established information exchange and effective cooperation between various departments and management levels. This aspect was recognized as crucial for the successful achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
